Expecting an update? ... If that was the case, you may be psychic. You attempt to say "Toasty Cheerios", but interrupt yourself by accidentally punching yourself in the face. Fortunately, the act of punching in general gave you an idea. Probably from the sudden head trauma. You stop making bad extremely funny fire puns take the last of your generic Sweet Potions and soak your hand in it, then walk towards the Fire People slowly and calmly with confidence. They make the usual crackle-groan noises, but hesitate to attack for some reason. Igniting an Eagle Punch, you open your hand and extend a flaming handshake towards them from only a few yards away and suppress the great urge to shout "EAGLE HANDSHAKE!!!" (because doing so would more than certainly get you killed). The Fire People seem to be confused at this gesture. Either they figure you're one of them because of your firey palm, or they might just have some semblance of their former selves lurking inside of them. Whatever your allies think of this, they aren't making a sound. The tension intensifies, what will your next action be?

I'm honestly surprised nobody suggested to scream "EAGLE HANDSHAKE". Since none of the Sizzling Sams take your handshake, you decide to try and talk to them again. This time, you ask them to join you for a spot of tea. This does not blow over very well with them, and one tries to attack you. Since Elliot is a few paces back, you're forced to face it head-on. Without thinking you do the sidestep-leg-sweep from yesterday, causing its zombie legs to fall off and it to tumble onto its face. That's what it gets for trying to attack you by itself. Speaking of, you better do something in case more of the Fwoomy Fellas decide to get mad at you... Action? In retrospect, you probably didn't have enough tea for 20+ of these things of begin with, and whoever throws a tea party where those who attend barely get a spoonful of tea is prone to be the subject of unflattering opinions (or in this case, certain death).

From now on I'm going to be trying my darndest to update weekly on either Saturday or Monday. I hope I manage to stick to that. You attempt to punch one of the Molten Mortals. You are quickly killed by 20+ flaming zombies before you can say "Toasty Cheerios" .GAM OOVER>Soft Reset You throw all 2 of your iced teas straight at Elliot in a sudden, fluid motion. The delicious* beverage gets all over him, and like any normal person he opts to taste it before you can even tell him what it does. The moment it touches his lips... he smiles and comments on the flavor. Then he gets turned into a jello cube and plops on the ground. This is not being made up, that is actually what happens. It's a good thing that he's the guinea pig for what happens when you mix two Iced Teas. What is it with those things and jelly effects? For those who forget, Iced Tea gives unspecified and unpredictable effects. Main page w/inventory thisaway.Because Elliot is out of commission until the effects of that wear off, you'd best be careful. There's probably a really easy way to clear out a bunch of the Fire People before they get restless again, or if anything deter them away. Lights, camera? *I actually very much dislike most any Iced Tea, but other people I know seem to like it.

It feels like a Monday to me... that's why I'm updating.Miserable at the messy molten men making menacing movements marked mostly at you, you may well make a marvelous masterful market for mediation of mutual meeting of minds. Mining the Mud Mask from your mass you make your means clear to mitigate any misunderstanding with the mob. Mistrusting at first, the menage of molten men makes mild movements manifested from a misplaced mindset towards you. You move the mask from your mitts to the muck beneath you and march backwards. The mumbling of the molten men maintains, but at the moment it is made more mellow. Meekly, the most forward molten man meets itself with the mask and masters it, before moldering into the mud below in a sudden movement that makes you jump. After this, many more molten men make similar moves until only so many as eight have any manner to meddle with you. They don't make any measure towards the mud mask, maybe they misplaced most of or all of their mettle of mind? Maybe the molten men who melted moreover had minor marks of what they once might've been? Make no mistake though, you might have to make a melee with the molten men who maintain a mean face. Most every of your magnanimous mates make haste to maid you as well. Manufacture your maneuver!Fire Person A: 60/60 B: 60/60 C:60/60 D:60/60 E:60/60 F:60/60 G:60/60 H:60/60 Elliot will join you this fight (more or less)Ace: 75/75 (Majerble's Mask usable) Marshall: 100/100, max pulseness, Tater Flash charged Apollo: 75/75 Amanda: 50/50 Isra: 35/35 Hoo boy it's been a while since out last full-party fight. You know, Marshall's involved in a lot of combos. Let's give him one more!
>Have Amanda use Tornado Blast in the middle of the group. Then have Marshall channel Water Magic or a Blizzard Blast into it so that it spreads out to hit every enemy at once. >Ace has to use Fire Up.exe just because we have a defense buff. Then, focus on countering, mainly by means of throws. Punching will only make your hand hurt and let's be honest here guys Eagle Punches are kinda useless when your enemy is composed of lava. Isra can come in handy here and try and get in a few strikes after Ace has countered, maximizing damage done to the enemy and minimizing damage done by the enemy afterwards. >Apollo can use Thunda on the enemies, maybe Irk-Thunda but I'm kinda iffy on its effectiveness. For an added bonus why not electrify Marshall's water as it leaves the tornado?
And then second Villerar.

Pokémon Sun and Moon hype. You threaten to urinate on the Fire People, nothing really happens. You don't even get any puzzled sideways glances from your allies, which debatably is the weirdest thing to happen to you all day. Amanda kicks the battle off by stepping forward and sending out a particularly powerful Tornado Blast directly into the horde of Fire People. Right before it reaches them, Marshall follows up and summons a huge mass of water and throws it directly into the vortex. The water gets caught and Marshall manipulates it to whip in and out of the tornado, striking anything in its vicinity at blinding speed. The Fire People are thwacked in many directions by the attack and scattered around the tunnel. One of them (C) is defeated while bearing the brunt of the attack, and the rest take 45 damage, which is quite impressive. The water spout peters out quickly though, and Marshall partway collapses from exhaustion. *NEW COMBOThe remaining Fire People have been displaced all around you, two behind, three in front, another a ways away, but one of them seems to have landed directly on top of Isra! She quickly disappears, at the cost of 6 HP, and you kick that particular Fire Person to the side. It charges at you, as most monsters do, but you're prepared. You Fire Up and do the old shin-kick technique from yesterday and send it faceplanting into the dirt, but fail to deal any damage (or knock off its legs). It should be noted how downright horrid Isra's luck seems to be... All this time Apollo had been charging Irk-Thunda, and he's now ready to use it. He aims at the three Fire People directly in front of your group and lets loose a dazzling arc of magic that collects in between the zombies and deals 12 damage to each, though he probably won't be able to do that again before they charge at your group again. Amanda has shifted to guarding your flank (as well as Jello Elliot; "Jelliot" if you will) since nobody else is, and has taken 20 damage. What a rush. Next move? Fire Person A: 15/60 B: 3/60 C: 0/60D: 3/60 E: 3/60 F: 15/60 (behind) G: 15/60 H: 15/60 (behind) I need to write "Jelliot" down.Ace: 75/75, 2.5x Atk/Def (Majerble's Mask usable) Marshall: 100/100, fatigued, max pulseness, Tater Flash charged Apollo: 75/75 Amanda: 30/50 Isra: 29/35, vanished New Items: None Persony Bits: NEW COMBO: Water Spout (Marshall + Amanda): A Tornado Blast enhanced by a series of rapidly striking watery arms. Pokémon Sun and Moon MADNESSYou scream at the Fire People behind you and then dash to the dead Fire Guy C. He's crumbling quickly, but you still make an effort to pick up chunky dirt from where he was and whip it at B, D, E and G. You manage to get the attention of all of them except G, and they turn and start moving towards you pretty quickly. You, acting quicker, make an effort to punch B in the face as it shuffles into your thwacking distance. You make contact, but seem to have failed to do damage. What's more, your hand is now stuck in the face of the creature. The very lava-filled face of the creature. It burns. The creature collapses into dirt from a well-timed Potato Shot by Marshall before this becomes particularly relevant, however. Marshall proceeds to pick off D and E, both of which had their backs exposed and within his pew-pew-ing Cosmog? range. You took but 10 damage from a poorly-placed thwacking. Changing perspective to your flank, Amanda is pretty badly singed from fighting these things. Their wild and unpredictable means of attack have made it hard for her to get in any good swings. The moment Marshall finished his move, Amanda had been knocked down by Fire Person F. H is up close and slashing at her, and she's doing the best she can to block. But one can only block for so long. She thinks herself finished, but just as soon a scarf whips out from behind her and slaps H a few steps back. In quick tandem, Isra materializes out of nowhere and deals a critical strike to F's back, draining 11 damage and poisoning it; it'll be finished by next turn's end. Then in even quicker tandem, Amanda springs off the dirt and delivers a opportunistic slash to the legs of H, effectively hacking them off. When H collapses face-first, she swiftly stabs it through the back, taking it out. Amanda had taken another 10 damage. Now Fire People A and G are dangerously close to your group. G is attacking Marshall and has dealt 13 damage, while A is trying to get within scratching range of Apollo but is being fended off by some artful scarfplay. With that all that going on, Jelliot is still Jelliot. I... can't think of anything clever to say in place of "Next action?". Next action? Woo woo here comes the update train~You jump, flip, and land behind Fire Person A. You grab it by the torso and chuck it at Fire Person G, they collide and fall some feet away and you charge over and dropkick into G while it attempts to stand. Then you grab A again, this time throwing it to Marshall who blasts it away with a jet of water to Apollo who lassos it with his scarf and throws it to Amanda who slaps it with the broad edge of The Cutter to Isra who cuts it in half all ninja-like in an epic finisher. What a showoff. Though that might've been a good thing, Fire Person F was so busy watching this that it forgot it was poisoned (not that it knew to begin with). By the time you turn around its already dead. VICTORY!!!You all exchange high-fives and handshakes and whatnot. You find some pocket change from the dirt piles left from the Fire People... weird. +2000 Pwaants "That was pretty good." Min says after zipping out. " I especially liked the finish. That matter aside, Elliot should be turning back into a person really soon now..." Min goes back into your bag, seemingly to stay hidden. True to her hypothesis, Elliot poofs back to normal before you can say "Toasty Cheerios". He pauses to take in the scene before speaking, "... why are you people staring at me? And what happened to all the Fire People?" "Just stand up and continue leading, it is not important" says Isra to his question. Elliot just scratches his head and does exactly what Isra says, because why wouldn't he? At this point you've practically gotten used to it. And so the walking continues... Presumably the same day your peaceful stroll is quite rudely interrupted by a GIANT TREMOR. It shakes the tunnel like a smoothie, you can literally feel the ground move up and down under your feet; you lose balance and fall down on your forearm. The shaking continues for a few more seconds but then stops. "Are you clumsy people all right?" Yells Elliot to the rest of your group, though it's irking that he calls you that even though he's fallen down flat on his side. In fact, the only people who were able to avoid collapse are Isra and Amanda, the former appearing out of thin air (as she seems to do) and Amanda levitating using her magic while stifling a slight urge to strangle the old man. You all recuperate and seem to have come out unscathed, but looking ahead the remaining trek has been cut. There's a HUGE chasm where the path forward once was. "Ohhhh boy that's not good," Apollo is first to say, "how do we continue now?? Oh, Marshall!" "Mehuh?" "Can you make us one of those... those ice bridges you did back in that one cold spot? Please?" "Whoa there Apollo, slow yerself down... First o' all, don't remind me of that place. Second, that only worked because of the cold climate. These caves would defrost any ice several times over." "Oh. Well... then how about you Amanda?" He turns to his sister, "Can you fly us over?" "Y'know Apollo I was just thinking the same thing... but look at the size of that ravine, I wouldn't be able to carry both myself and someone else across that." "Oh." He slumps. Now everyone turns to Elliot. Maybe he knows a detour? "No can do, folks. Maybe you should just try going down?" "You would advise that?" Asks Isra. "Well no, that looks like some serious unexplored territory. I probably wouldn't be able to find a way to the peak from down there..." He furrows his eyebrows. Everyone grimaces. So... what do you do? Try to find a way over the chasm, or venture into the deep, unexplored, and potentially unnavigable Snake Caves? New Items: +2000 Pwaants Persony Bits: Elliot is no longer a Jelly cube. Recent: Beat Fire People, kept hiking, tremor, what to do about chasm? BitForums main page

Midnight Christmas update! I should be asleep...So if you can't be carried over... perhaps it's a better idea to try something a bit more powerful? That's the idea that the voices in your head are saying. You ask Amanda if she could possibly use her magic to launch your group across the gap. She makes a face at your question. "You want me to BLOW everyone across? I'm... not sure if I can..." She ponders, looks into the pit, ponders some more, and then shudders. "Well I guess there's only one way to find out." ... "All right everyone! Make sure you keep yourselves spread out and don't let yourself be blown over!" Amanda instructs as you and your friends line up along the edge of the chasm. You don't have to wait long, soon you feel the strongest gust you've ever experienced blow at your back and pick you off your feet before you can say "Tornado Froot Loops". You've effectively started to fly over the huge chasm, neat! You hear your party's surprised exclamations as they start soaring (so to speak) as well. As you fly, you look down into the murky depths of the cave. Suddenly you feel something calling you from down there, but it's probably nothing. ... Now you're halfway across the chasm, perhaps it wouldn't hurt to venture down and see? ... Almost to the other side. Maybe just a closer look... ... ... " AAAHHHH!! AUGGGHHHHHHH!!!" A piercing scream from Apollo snaps you out of your thought, forcing you to realize that you are NOT on the other side of the chasm and are FALLING RIGHT INTO IT. Apollo's falling too! But why?? You were definitely almost to the other side of the chasm and-- OOF.You acquaint yourself nicely with the ground and take a painful 30 damage. Getting up, you can't see a thing. You call out for Apollo, but it seems he's vanished... in fact, you don't sense anyone else either. This must mean you're in the lower Snake Caves. Aw man.You look around and still fail to see anything, it's pitch black. Everything is silent and you're all alone. "What was that?"Scratch that last part, you're apparently not. Min zips out as if on cue and illuminates the surrounding area, revealing an abundance of those strange orange crystals you saw earlier lining the walls and a path leading forward. You look back, but a rockslide seems to have walled the way up in case you wanted to try and call help. But... there definitely wasn't one of those before. You would've at least heard it. Something seriously fishy is going on... "You can say that again. That is no natural rockslide, something caused those to fall there. Or, more accurately, move to there. Whether or not this is your fault, this certainly a pickle we're in."Right on the nose as usual. What do you do now? Ace: 45/75 ~~~ Marshall: ??? Apollo: ??? Amanda: ??? Isra: ???
