"Accidentally" bump into Isaac, "accidentally" causing him to spill his frozen yogurt onto his clothes.

You wonder if the exiting Reix was GLaDOS and smack him over the head before he leaves, despite him being a computer program and that being generally impossible. Then, in your frustration, you bump into Isaac, causing him to spill frozen yogurt on his clothes. He gives you a dark look and goes off to change. You smirk. Vengeance is sweet, Llywelyn, just like the frozen yogurt you ate which should've been mine. I would say you got your just desserts there... That important stuff being taken care of, you decide to go and figure out what the heck is wrong with the mainframe anyway. You begin searching through file after file, trying to find what exactly the problem is. The tech people seem to say there's something blocking them from accessing some of the more secure files, files they should have clearance for. You don't profess to know much about technology, but listening to their complaints, it's obviously not just a standard malfunction. What do you do?

Wish you'd been given training in much more than just espoinage, then check the files that the others should've had access to. No reason not to check them, the best place to start is where the problem is.

Read the computer's instruction manual. Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again?

First, you throw a cross and pocket bible at the mainframe. Nothing happens, although you thought that's how you're supposed to get rid of viruses. That not working, you decide to blame BEN Drowned. Wishing that you'd been trained in other things besides espionage, you decide to try to open the affected files. Wow, what a surprise. The affected files are the ones for Isaac and Runa. You try to open them, but the words "invalid security clearance" flash across the screen. You try to open them again, and find they are blank except for two words, typed in all caps. I KNOW. Unnerved, you decide to read the instruction manual. It suggests three things- turning it off and back on again, checking to make sure it is plugged in, and making sure the cord is working. The technicians say they've done all of this, and nothing has helped. What do you do now?

Scold the technicians for being so bad at their jobs and install Avast.

Also get an adware blocker too. May as well get that taken care of while you're at it.

You know what, just make them install Linux next time they make a database. [

Or maybe the HAL 9000 operating system? Reix is a pretty good database operator as long as you don't get them mad. *coughimlookingatyouaquariuscamuscough*

You whip out your phone and call an IT guy! "Hello?" "Hello, I'd like to ask your help on something. The database for this magical spy agency is malfunctioning and-" He hangs up on you! To vent your anger, you scold the technicians for not doing their jobs better and suggest installing an adblocker, Linux, and the HAL 9000 operating system. They scramble to do so, and suddenly, a transmission crackles to life on the screen. The words "Video Feed Blocked" flash across it as a voice begins to sound from the mainframe computer. "Agents of Magica Underground, we are in grave danger. There is a traitor in your midst. Our finest technicians have already shut down your database to keep the information within secure. Stand by for all the members of this branch to be transported to the Heroes Infinity for detainment and questioning." You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you? What do you do now?

Get Deathmask to yell at Kaden Infinity for cheating him at poker. Because Kaden Infinity is almost definitely Bill Cipher
Politely ask if you can have some kettle corn for the journey.

Okay, if you want to tell us about a traitor, then maybe you would be a bit friendlier?
Point this out to the people around you.
