Sneak after him.

Tell them the room is on fire, and when he/she bends to look through, knock him/her unconscious.

"Just making sure the keyhole's not easy to see though," you reply as innocently as a traitor can be, "in case we had some sort of assassin in the place or something. I'm disappointed to say that sadly it is very easy to see through and you should have that fixed."
The person who addressed you is a young man, much younger than anyone else in Magica Underground. He appears to be of Asian descent, but you can't figure out which country. His voice is quiet, but commanding. "I really don't believe that. I also don't believe you belong in this organization, 'Xandra Mayhew'."
It must have been him! The one who got inside your mind must have been him! Thinking quickly you shout "Look, the room is on fire!" He bends over to look and you knock him out. He falls to the floor and lies still.
Great job, you just knocked a guy unconscious. What do you do now?

You decide to carry the guy around and dump him in a supply closet. If anybody asks, you'll say it was a tragic workroom accident. Magica Underground has those, right? One of Vica's pens could go rogue and cause a lot of damage if it had the mind to. Right?
By the time you find a closet that nobody's likely to open, it's dark and everyone has gone home.
Do you stick around and try to make some progress on your mission or go to your apartment and sleep?

Smack the guy on the head again to make sure he doesn't remember it's you, then go home.

Try to find a map of the area.

Probably archives is best, then head to the main computer afterwards.

The archives is closer, so you decide to go there. That will likely have records of specific missions, and you'll have plenty of time to get into the main computer afterwards. Once there, you encounter a room filled with file after file after file, all labeled alphabetically.
Suddenly, your phone rings. You look at the caller ID, which says "private name, private number". You pick up and aren't surprised to hear your employer's voice. This time, it's clipped with a vague French accent. "Xandra, somebody's on to you. Intelligence hasn't picked up anything on who they are, but they definitely know your secret. Tread carefully. Also," he added, "You might want to look up Runa Blacke in the archives. She was part of a mission that went horribly wrong a couple of years back. There should've been investigation into Magica Underground, but they paid certain powerful people to keep everyone in the dark. If it were to come to light, along with some other dark secrets of Magica Underground's, then your mission will be accomplished easily. However," he paused slightly, "watch out for Isaac Llywelyn. He's been involved somehow in just about every disturbance the agency's had. In fact, you could say he has a history of screwing things up. I don't know much, but I think he was close to Runa, and may have caused her... accident. Good luck."
With that, he hangs up.
What shall you look up first?

You check to make sure nobody is looking. Nobody is, so you decide to look up Runa. Her file is in its proper place, and full to bursting with information. You sit down and begin to read the first piece of paper that catches your eye- a copy of a letter.
To the family of Runa Elizabeth Blacke:
We at Magica Underground are writing to inform you that your relative, Runa Elizabeth Blacke, was grievously injured on a mission to Spain. As such, doctors have proclaimed that she is not likely to see another year alive. She is currently hospitalized and is receiving a placebo that will ensure that she at least does not die in pain. However, there is nothing else that can be done for her. We will allow you to see her for a short time, but regrettably cannot give her to you for your care. All the necessary funeral costs will be covered by us, and any financial assistance as well. Due to the circumstances surrounding what happened to Runa, we wish to help you cope as much as possible.

Intrigued, you pick up another document- an official mission report.

Official Report: We landed in Madrid at the scheduled time-
The rest of the report is torn off. You dig deeper into the file, and find a picture of Runa, although she looked much younger than the comatose girl in the infirmary. Hugging her was Isaac Llywelyn, but he looked relaxed and happy, not like you'd seen him today. Flipping through the rest of the file, your suspicions were confirmed. Isaac had been in love with her. However, as much as you searched, you didn't find any information on the mission to Madrid.
You go to find Isaac's file, when you hear a sound that freezes your blood. It's the sound of ticking. There was no clock in the archives, nor anything that could make that sound but...
You dash through the room and leap out of the doors just as the bomb goes off, destroying the archives.
Clearly somebody didn't want you seeing those files.

You're unsure what just happened. Was the bombing that strange guy from earlier? Or did Isaac set this up? Either way you needed to find out, and going back to bonk that other guy on the head one more time to be sure sounds like a good idea.
You arrive at the closet where you stashed your victim, only to find the door open, cleaning supplies scattered everywhere, and the unconscious guy nowhere to be seen.
Do you go looking for him or leave immediately?

Forget that guy, you think to yourself, let's go see if they have a buffet!
You search the building until you find the cafeteria. Score! There is a buffet! And they have WAFFLES!
You, the traitor, decide to eat waffles and forget about your mission for the time being. Never mind how suspicious this conveniently located buffet is and how you're supposed to be the only one in the building at the moment, you're hungry! There's no way this could possibly be a trap. It's not like the mysterious bomber would have had time to set this up!
You manage to scarf down two waffles before you begin to feel funny.
You bite into a third and then black out.
You wake up much later at an undetermined location. The room you're in is dark, and it feels like you're tied up.
What do you do?

You wish you'd chosen the cheesecake instead of those bothersome waffles. Then none of this would have happened.
Struggling with your bonds, you note that whoever's done this has done it well. There aren't any loopholes that you can feel, and wriggling has had no effect. Suddenly, the back of the dark room opens and it is revealed to not be a room at all, but the back of a truck. In the dark of the night, you can't see their faces, but three men pick you up and toss you on the side of the road. The truck you were in speeds off, leaving you alone in the night.
A few minutes of waiting in the dark later, a car pulls up. It's black and sporty, but fairly nondescript. You note that its windows are tinted and that it has no plates. You are hoisted inside and tossed into the back seat, where you come face to face with a person you recognize all too well.
They smile and give you a little wave. "Hello, Agent Xandra. I take it you haven't completed the job I assigned you yet."
Realization dawns on you as you gasp in surprise. This person is your employer.
