You find yourself in a rather strange place one day. You feel like you may have...woken up here, somehow. Looking around, you see that this is a rather homely bar, of sorts, with polished redwood flooring, steel stools with cushions of a lavish purple set next to tables of redwood, covered with tarps of gold, a counter that goes across half the bar and curves inwards...windows that, were you to look out of, you'd see nothing but distant stars and cosmos. Trinkets and accesories line the walls, some beyond imagination, others rather homely, quaint objects...
There are other people here. Humans, human-esque beings...even creatures of various shapes and sizes. Quite a number of them are sitting either at the tables or bar, being either quite jovial or lamenting in sorrow. There's not much of a middle ground, as far as you can tell. A good portion of them are gathered at a specific part of the room...you have trouble making out much more than that.
A man stands behind the counter. He looks at you with his stern, judgemental eyes of hazel brown staring into your very soul...he brushes aside his mid-length dark brown hair with his right hand, incidentally showing off the formal white suit he happens to be wearing, and the spiraled ring of gold around his pinky finger. He takes a look back down at the glass he's polishing with a golden rag, though addressing you directly:
"If you plan on staying here, either buy a drink, or take a spin at the Wheel."
You look back to where you saw a majority of the occupants, a few of them walking away...much different than you thought they did. You're able to make out a rainbow-colored wheel in the corner of the room. Above it, labeled in bold, capitol white letters...is...

For anyone unfamiliar: The Wheel of Shenanigans is an object of great alchemical prowess that I had brought into a discord server out of...well, sheer boredom. Once spun, which is the spinner's choice, it grants a rather random 'shenanigans', one designed to be...well, an experience.
One thing to keep in mind: Every character gets one spin per day. You can spin the wheel if you want, but you can do so but once a day. If you have RP characters, then logistics apply differently for them: They can each get one spin, but it's one spin per five posts, and only one character may spin it in a single post. The effects run out either after a day, or 5-10 posts. It is up to the poster to decide when to set the limit for this.
Outside of that, well...have fun!
