So, lately, i've been dealing with a lot of frustration and anger ans sadness, in many different ways.
So i thought i could create this thread for anyone to just post the problems they have been having, and give advise for said problems. So, problem away.

My problem I've been having lately is a tough one. Why is it that werewolves only change in full moons, when that is only when the moon reflects the sun the most? Wouldn't daytime allow the werewolves to sustain their form?
I can't get past this idea that a creature of the dark needs so much light to function, but not too much. Why are they so finicky?

No see, the issue clearly isn't the amount of light. It's the quality. When sunlight reflects off the moon, it adds a special quality to it. Let's call this "luminance." When light has enough luminance, it adds a sort of a magical quality to it. It's not magic itself, but it can enhance and amplify natural magic, in this case the innate magic of a werewolf.
Or maybe werewolves are stupid, or maybe their transforming is just coincidentally tidelocked parallel to the moon.
Heck if I know.

But would that quality be the same aspect that allows the moon to sustain portals ala the titularly titled first person puzzler: Portal?
The moon is a multi-faceted feature, when it isn't linked to night creatures it seems to be full of alien colonies or be rife with gundam alloy.
Would a werewolf be changed depending on whether they were sent through a portal? Can giant mech suits become weregundams? These are the questions.
