Sighing slightly at the constant encounters you seem to be getting into, you begin thinking about how you can handle this pair of new monsters. Your first thought is... Combining them, maybe? A lot of slimes in stories can combine together, right?..
What could go wrong?
Getting up close to the pair of Gelkits, you push them against each other as hard as you can. They compress against each other slightly before forcefully pushing you back. This gives you a chance to discover that they smell like grape gelatin. Huh. You sadly don't have much time to think on the ramifications of this discovery as the Gelkits begin... Shedding what look like spores. Hm.

Luckily, it seems that your attempt to combine the Gelkits distracted them a bit, and you manage to slide between the floating projectiles without much trouble at all. Smiling a little, you start to feel llike this is actually kind of fun. Who needs a doll posessed by an awkward but cute ghost to learn how to dodge things? Still, you'd really like to be left to solve your puzzle and keep going. These two don't seem that hostile anyways, maybe you can just ask them to stop and it'd be okay?
Stepping a little closer again and asking the pair of slimes if they could stop fighting you, they agree to the idea far more readily than the Pillbin earlier did. Aggresiveness gone near immediately, the pair walk past you readily and continue on their way, leaving you alone with the blue, orange, and green balls and pillars.
