I attach a rather sturdy vine to the spear at one end and me at the other and chuck it into the air. It lodges in a passing helicopter and away I go. Maybe not the safest mode of exit, but Danger is my middle name!
I leave behind the legal papers needed to actually change my middle name to Danger.
