 You awake, steaming mug of a dark, bitter fluid on the nightstand next to you. You know not what it is, but it's good and you drink it in a highly unmannerly fashion. You don't know who your benevolent host is, but you will later make sure they are fully reimbursed for any expense your stay has borne upon them. Although you are in a rich house, you're sure the owners will be entirely flattered by caring for one such as yourself. Be that as it may, you are still not entirely sure about you host's sanity, given the nonsensical nature of several tapestries that hang on the walls. |

 You have a closer look at one of the odd tapestries. You wonder why anyone, sane or otherwise, would purchase such a hideous beast. Other than that, there is a small but ornate fireplace, which has not been lit, although the last thing you can remember is the dead of winter. Of course there is a door, but that's not at all notable, is it now? |
