This is a fun game I've seen be successful on many forums. The basic idea is that you Photoshop the last image and post the new one.

An extra rule is that you can claim a picture, but you must post the new picture within 2 hours of claiming it. Past two hours anyone else is free to edit it. If a post doesn't follow rules or ignores a claim you many simply ignore it.
