It was only a matter of time.Welcome to the thread for the game Five Nights at Freddy's! I figured that there should be a FNaF thread here, and the Other Games section looked rather lonely. Plus, FNaF 3 is coming, and it's looking to be a very interesting game. Now if only I wasn't broke... I'll start by linking some important things to the game: FNaF Wiki Scott Cawthon's site FNaF 3 Steam Greenlight Page These three pages are all valid sources of the game. The wiki is of course fan edited, but the information is typically accurate. As for the other two pages, they were created by Scott himself. There are a lot of scams regarding this game, so be careful. Welp, enjoy~ |

I'm still disappointed that Scott didn't make am ARG for FNaF 3. It'd have been a great opportunity to let players see a bit more of the backstory behind the game.
Other than that, I'm really excited for this game to come out.

I'm calling the new animatronic Golden Zombie Bonnie until further notice.

Well, I did see poor Foxy's head mounted on a wall, and parts of Freddy's suit are on a rack in the hallway. I've also seen Bonnie's head mounted on a wall, and (I think) Chica beside him. The toys are all in that box in the office, so the only people unaccounted for are the Puppet and Golden Freddy. I wouldn't be too surprised if Goldie made an appearance, what with all the teleporting and stuff. The Puppet... I'm just worried that he's unaccounted for.

Well there were spare suits in the back in FNaF 1... Maybe those are the parts on the wall?

Yeah, maybe. Once portion of the trailer did show Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica standing on the stage like normal, and Bonnie's eyes did move at one point. Also, the toys may not be down for the count. There's something that just doesn't feel right about them being in that box in your office. If they mounted parts of the other animatronics on walls, why not the toys? Something tells me that box may end up doing something on the later nights...

Especially if this is supposed to be a museum. Wouldn't they want more exhibits and relics from the Pizzeria?

Yeah, it's weird that the toy box would be in the office instead of on display. One of the teaser images (the one of the scrapped toys in their box) before the trailer came out had the words "what can we use" in it if you brightened it up. The really worrying thing is that it's IN THE OFFICE. Right there. Where it can kill you practically immediately.

Yeah. I highly doubt it, but maybe it's hinting at free movement to escape from whatever the box does?
Speaking of that, what do you think it actually does, assuming it does something?

I don't honestly know, maybe moves around or disappears, or dismembered animatronics climb out of it and kill you. Free movement would be interesting, since the games have never had that before.

If the box does do anything, I'm thinking that maybe occasionally you'll see a flicker of movement, which is an animatronic putting itself back together?

Anyways, why do you think the Puppet is unaccounted for? I'd assume as another animatronic to avoid, but there could be another reason...

Maybe. That thing has always been quite mysterious. I assumed it was another adversary, and I didn't see it anywhere in the teaser pics. Then again, I just could be paranoid.

That seems like the most logical conclusion, but who logics anyways?
If it isn't an adversary what do you think it is? I highly doubt this, but maybe a hallucination like Golden Freddy?

Maybe. If it isn't an adversary, it could be just something there to make you paranoid. Like, the toys' parts slowly disappearing from the box or something.

My theory is that their parts were kind of left to rot, and some of the ones that were still usable were made into the suit for this new animatronic. My guess is that the new one was built in a kind of last-ditch attempt to revive the restaurant, but failed for some creepy reason. The heads mounted on the wall and the toy animatronics in the box are all that remains of the previous robots.

Or maybe the toy animatronic suits didn't fit the endoskeleton so they had to use a mismash of parts to make the endoskeleton more "interesting"?

That makes sense, too. The toy animatronics are built very differently than the originals, so it makes sense that the one endosketelon left wouldn't fit inside them.
Or maybe all the animatronics were kind of falling apart, and the mishmash of parts was all they could save to make a new animatronic. In the games, it's always kind of hinted that Fazbear Entertainment wasn't the most well-funded of businesses...

They are releasing games faster than classic Megaman, and at least classic Megaman is still fun.

I've gotta say, I'm the one who started this thread and even I'm sick of this franchise. I haven't even played FNaF 3. I know I should be excited, but unless this one completely blows the others out of the water... I don't know.
