I don't know why I didn't make this but whatever.
I'm expecting the new Fire Emblem game to be shown again. I'm hoping for some footage from the next Zelda game and more Smash DLC. And maybe even an English trailer for Ace Attorney 6!

That is out there isn't it, along with that Sherlock Holmes game too right? Here's hoping.
By the way, the idea struck me that we could try putting together a bingo card for fun. Anybody in favor of it?

It's a little game some circles play before a news event for games. You fill out a five by five with what you think will/may happen during the event and fill out the calls that were right on. It could be fun to get some in and see what happens.

Of the direct, I'm definitely most excited for the reveal of Twilight Princess HD and Cloud in smash! I'm also excited for Fire Emblem Fates, but that's been revealed for a while, so yeah.

You should probably say what you're talking about before you say what you're expecting but ok.
I'm hoping for a Pokémon Z to be announced, and perhaps Sun and Moon will be too, if they're real. Supposedly, one of the directors wrote a tweet hinting at those two games, so I expect it to at least be mentioned tomorrow.

I'll give you that Planetbox, In my haste to update the OP I failed to consider what my post proper would look like to anybody who'd just skip over it to the most recent post. I'll mind that from now on.
Do you have any leads to that tweet or did it come on hearsay? In any regard It'd be hard to imagine that we'd get three full fledged games in short order like that. Z has been hinted and expected for quite a while, but it's definitely going to be one or the other unless through some bizzare twist of events they end up being one and the same, or they go Starforce 2 and release Pokemon Sun/Z and Pokemon Moon/Z. That could be novel.
Aside from that there's still the matter of Detective Pikachu voiced by Danny Devito and That Pokemon GO thing Phox even now is probably hyping up as we speak. Should be exciting all the same.

Either that or they announce both and release Z first.
Also, from a Bulbanews article. "On Feb. 18, Pokémon game director Junichi Masuda put out a tweet that translates to "The Sun is still out, but the Moon is big, bright, and shining!! The birds are also tweeting. (Laughs)" accompanied by an image of the Moon during the daytime (translation by Cheesemeister3k). Many fans are taking this as a hint to these games." I'd say the pretty much confirms it will be mentioned.

Well I wouldn't really consider that last one a direct since it was only five minutes long, but there you go.

From a supposed leak on The GAF, Somebody has detailed the release schedule for the 3ds this year.
Now we could of course confer that at least with the Pokemon game that it was obvious timing that happened to end up with Sun/Moon, but it doesn't prove anything solidly.
In any case it'll be something to look for going in.

Spindow, the image appears to be broken.
Also, the release schedule doesn't have Kirby: Planet Robobot on it, so I'm not sure whether it's real.

I found an alternate link, hopefull it'll stay up a bit longer.
If we were to reach for explanations, I could figure that the Kirby game which seems to fall into the Summer lineup, may be Codename Cadillac.
Cadillac is synonymous with vehicles, which the robot piloting feature can be inferenced on. Furthermore simply looking at the gameplay, clearly built from the same engine of at least Triple Deluxe if not KRtD would also favor it as a "Smaller budget" game for all ages given it's kirby.
